Built in elastic cock ring like the Separatec Pair that I have; fly hole on both sides; Modal fabric which is soft, smooth, and breatheable. The only thing that i can think of to make these perfect if they had the jock strap bands built into them like the Shape Dual Lifting Trunk White.
